Princess for a Day!
A christmas present from my husband to spend a night in a Castle only an hour away from Rome.The Castle has been beautifully restored, on a winter night the lights create a magical atmosphere. Every single room is different from the others. The staff are very flexible and will try their best to accommodate your requests. The Chef is friendly and will gladly tell you stories of the ghost of the little boy whose presence lurks in the castle. Private candle light dining can also be booked in the prison walls for a romantic evening. Will definitely like to repeat the experience.lauraBali_ind

Unique stay, friendly staff
The staff were all friendly and responsive. I believe it’s worth it to spend more on the bigger rooms. The castle was so pretty and it was fun to roam around. Dinner was really good along with breakfast in the morningTotal Charm Just Outside of Rome
If you are looking for a magical castle stay for a great price if you are traveling into or out of Rome then consider the Castello Orsini. A few reasons this place is terrific: It is an over 1000 years old castle and has original 3 ft. thick walls of stone and incredible views of the surrounding olive groves.The breakfast is served in two beautiful castle rooms and is a buffet that rivals some of the best we have seen worldwide. It;s not carving stations etc. but great pastries and fresh fruit from the local orchards in Summer with perfectly prepared Cappuchinos and all the sliced meats, eggs and breads.
The rooms vary and our first room in the newer section had TV issues and they upgraded us to the Tower Room which is incredibe. Swimming pool garden area and in house restaurant round out this gem. We will return!
